The government has passed a budget of 3195 cr. rupees for this scheme in the year 2023. Each beneficiary of this scheme will be getting the benefit of 10,000 rs yearly and in this 4,000 rs will be given by the state government and 6,000 rs will be given by the central government under the central government scheme of PM Kisan Yojana. To get the benefit of both the scheme applicant need not make the application process for the same separately, they can make the application for the Kalia Yojana and can get the benefit of both the schemes.

Benefits List of District & Village Wise KALIA Yojana Beneficiary 2023

This Kalia Yojana scheme has been started by the Odisha government for the farmers, cultivators, croppers, and landless agriculture laborers. Through the help of this scheme, the government is coming up with a lot of benefits for the citizen of the state which are-

  1. Through the help of this scheme, the government will be providing the financial benefit of 25,000 rs to every beneficiary family in the duration of 5 years. This amount will be given to the small and marginal farmers for the state. With the help of this finical help, they will be able to get help to buy seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other useful things for better farming.
  2. For all the agricultural activities and for all those candidates who are working on landless agriculture will also be able to get the benefit of 12500 rs for the small goat rearing unit, mini-layer unit, duckery units, fishery kits for fisherman, mushroom cultivation, and bee-keeping.
  3. Those who are vulnerable candidates will also be able to get the benefit of 10,000 rs per family every year by this scheme.
  4. In this scheme life insurance of over 2 lakh will also be given to the farmers with the nominal rate of 330 rs to be paid to the saving bank to all those candidates who are of age between 18 to 50.
  5. In this scheme personal loan will also get covered in this scheme of 2 lakh rs on the amount of 12 rs to be paid to the saving account and this will be valid for the candidates of 18 to 50 years of age.
  6. With the help of this scheme crop interest loans will also be given to the farmers at a zero percent interest rate of up to 50,000 rs.

  1. the First candidate needs to visit the official website of this scheme.
  2. After reaching the home page of the website candidate need to click on the grievance application form link which is available on the screen.After this, they will get a new page on which they need to read all the instructions on the page, and then they need to click on the apply button.
  3. After this they will get one option on the screen for yes or no with the question Do you want to file Grievance?
  4. After this, they need to click on the yes button and then they need to enter their Aadhaar card number.
  5. After this, they need to click on the show option available to check the grievance application form.
  6. After this, they need to fill the application form with the details carefully.
