Through the help of this scheme thousand of students of the state from class 9th to class, 12th get the benefit of a scholarship program which has been started by the state government for the betterment of the education for those who cant afford it. With the help of this scheme, students from class 9th to 12 will be able to get the benefit. The benefit of this scheme will be given to only those students who belong to the OBC, ST, and SC category and to those who are financially week and not able to complete their education because of financial issues.

This scheme has been started by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh which invites students from a different class to get the benefit of this scheme. To apply under this scheme candidate should be a resident of Uttar Pradesh state of India. With that applicant also require some mandatory documents to make the application in this scheme which are –
- Marksheet and other educational qualification exams
- Caste certificate – if applicable
- Income certificate
- Resident proof of the applicant
- Annual non-readable fee slip
- Registration fee number
- Bank passbook
